Sauna Ceremonies and  Whisking

Midnight Sauna is a sanctuary for regeneration, sensory nourishment, and deep exhale within the intensity of the festival. Hot steam, whisking rituals and music create a space to slow down, soften the body, and reconnect with yourself.  

 

🌿 The sauna will stay hot and open throughout the entire festival — a living space of warmth, steam, rest, and sensory regeneration. We heat and sweat in the sauna naked, seated on towels, and cool down under the showers or in the lake between sessions, following traditional sauna culture and shared respect for the space and each other. Please bring your own towel and remember to stay hydrated between sauna sessions.

 

🌚 Midnight Sauna ceremonies and evening group rituals are included in your festival ticket. Every night, the sauna transforms through themed ceremonies with steam, herbs, oak whisking, music, movement, scent, and sensory exploration.

 

🌞 During the day, Xymena invites you to book individual therapeutic bodywork sessions — either on the massage table or in the sauna. Sessions combine myofascial release, breathwork, nervous system regulation, deep tissue techniques, and sensory sauna rituals to support relaxation, emotional release, grounding, and reconnection with the body.
