Milk'n'Honey wouldn't be the same without our incredible team of 70 Bees who bring this festival to life! We’re thrilled to welcome passionate souls eager to co-create this experience with us.

Due to high interest, we regret that we cannot respond to every application. If selected, we will contact you within two weeks after March 20th. If you do not hear from us, we appreciate your interest and encourage you to apply again next year!

🚨 Please note: We do not need vendors selling products or cooks, as we do not have a market and food is provided by the venue.

To apply, professional experience in sacred sexuality, sex-positive spaces, or neo-tantra is required. Each contributor is expected to offer 3-5 sessions (exceptions may apply).

The Assisting Bee Team co-creates the festival, holds space, and collaborates closely with facilitators and organizers. This role is ideal for those wanting to:

Serve as Temple Guardians, energetically supporting the field with integrity and love
Deepen their journey in sacred sexuality through active participation
Embody the "beehive frequency" of togetherness and synergy
Balance assisting responsibilities with enjoying the festival
Deliver a workshop / facilitate space once with a very specific offering

Requirements:

Strong experience in Temple Arts/sacred sex-positive spaces
Previous experience in holding space or assisting at similar events
High level of integrity, commitment, and embodiment of the Temple Guardian archetype

Logistics:

Arrival: Tuesday, June 16, 3 PM (Festival starts Wednesday, June 17)
Departure: Monday, June 22 , 7 PM (4 hours after the closing ceremony)

Helper Bees

Helper Bees support the festival with manual tasks like preparing and tidying spaces. Unlike Assisting Bees, this role requires less experience and responsibility, making it a great option for those who want to contribute while still enjoying the event.
