through presence, movement & expression. A gift to yourself.
For Milk & Honey, I’m offering a shorter festie version ~
a gentle yet deep experience within the rhythm of the gathering.
This space is here to meet you exactly where you are.
In softness, joy, uncertainty, or simple curiosity… you are welcome here.

Feel like adding live music to your experience?
If you feel called for something even more special,
we can invite a live musician into our session ~ my beloved ~ Hago, who is also playing at the festival ~ who accompany the experience with handpan and other gentle instruments, supporting our journey. You’re welcome to offer an additional contribution for the music, based on what feels right for you.
